/&gt;The food is too mediocre for the prices they charge. Whenever I get a water cup there is no WATER option at the drinking fountain. I have seen them closed more than a few times due to &amp;quot;Computer errors&amp;quot; and I&amp;#39;ve gone in to find they can&amp;#39;t make certain items due to lack of food items.&lt;br /&gt;At this point, El Portal is just lucky there are no other similar restaurants that are accessible. In fact, I feel that&amp;#39;s why they ARE so mediocre (and cheap) in their approach.
