My boyfriend and I got to experience Cycle for the first time this past weekend when we tried Josh Hebert's menu--the food was good, and I love love love the concept of pop-up restaurants! I was jealous of the ones I'd read about in NYC and was glad when the trend came to Phoenix--same goes for the food trucks--like a pop-up restaurant on wheels!
